Investments Promotion and Protection Agreements
Investments Promotion and Protection Agreements (IPPAs) are international bilateral agreements between Governments. Mauritius has established those agreements with the objective of protecting and encouraging investments made by Mauritian Companies overseas.

** The Mauritius-France BIT was renegotiated with a new agreement signed on 08 March 2010. Arrangements are being made for its entry into force.
