MITCO is currently looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to join its Business Development team.

 

 

Reporting to the Chief Commercial and Marketing Officer, the selected candidate will present services of the Company and structuring solutions to potential clients, structuring and setting up of Global Business Licence Companies.

 

What you will be doing:

• Presenting services of the Company and structuring solutions to potential clients.
• Assisting the sales team including representative offices in the setting up of new entities.
• Structuring and setting up of Global Business License Companies, Trusts, Funds, Foundations, Foreign Companies, activity Licenses, Local Companies, Limited Partnerships amongst others, and all related duties pertaining thereto;
• Performing Onboarding duties including reviewing due diligence documentation of clients prior to submission to Compliance Department
• Liaising with relevant authorities and professional firms to smooth process and for entity set up in an efficient and timely manner

 

What are we looking for?

• Holder of a relevant degree (e.g. Management, Law, International Business, Finance)
• At least 8 years of working experience within the Finance Industry / the Global Business Sector; in addition, either ACIS qualified or party qualified or STEP member
