Comprehensive Economic Cooperation and Partnership Agreement (CECPA) with India – Procedure for Import

On 22^nd February 2021, Mauritius signed a Comprehensive Economic Cooperation and Partnership Agreement (CECPA) with India.

 

The 3 key components of the Agreement are: Trade in Goods, Trade in Services and Economic Cooperation.

 

Public notice was issued on 07 September 2021 by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (Department of Commerce) of India on the import procedures for products under Tariff Rate Quota (TRQ) covered by the CECPA.
