FATF commends the tremendous progress made by Mauritius and advises us to keep this momentum

As an International Financial Centre of repute, Mauritius is committed to adhere to the best practice norms for the fight against money laundering, terrorist financing and proliferation financing.  

 

During the virtual Plenary session held between the 21-23 October 2020, Mauritius was commended for the tremendous progress made since the last assessment and was encouraged to keep the momentum towards the completion of the remaining action items.
