A new recruit at MITCO Group: Yasmine Boumghar – Area Head of MITCO Fiduciary DMCC

We are pleased to welcome Yasmine Boumghar as the Area Head of MITCO Fiduciary DMCC, a subsidiary of MITCO Group in the UAE.

 

With over fifteen years of experience in the financial and transaction services Industry, Yasmine has joined MITCO Fiduciary DMCC in Dubai, a subsidiary of MITCO Group. Prior to joining MITCO Fiduciary DMCC, she held several positions in both the Commercial Banking (CMB) and Global Banking at HSBC Paris, in Financial Consulting as a Senior Manager at Deloitte Paris, and Coverage in both Fronting lines / Line of Business CMB and Compliance as a Financial Crime Compliance Lead of HSBC Mauritius.

 

Yasmine holds a Master Degree in Corporate Finance and Banking Management from Toulouse Business School - TBS and followed Audit of European Institutions Master at Sciences Po Paris. She has several Regulatory and Compliance certifications in France and Mauritius.
