MITCO is currently looking for a seasoned professional for the post of Business Development Manager.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Reporting to the Chief Commercial and Marketing Officer, the selected candidate will be responsible to promote the offerings MITCO Group including MITCO Dubai in designated markets, drive sustainable growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
What you will be doing:
- Promote & advise structuring solutions to potential clients;
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders pertaining to setting up of new entities ;
- Liaise with internal and external partners during client onboarding for compliance matters ;
- Track new business development opportunities aligned to the company strategy ;
- Develop team members to continually improve their performance and/or exceed business targets ;
- Proactively leverage visibility at third party exhibitions, trade shows and experiential events.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor/Masters Degree in Management, Law, Accounting, Finance or relevant field
- More than 10 years of working experience within the Global Business Sector
- Outstanding communication skills (written or oral) both in French and English
- Strong commercial awareness
