Removal of Incorporation Fees by the Registrar of Companies (ROC)

In line with the measures proposed in the National Budget 2022/23 in a bid to further enhance the attractiveness of the Mauritius International Financial Center, the Companies (Payment of Fees to Registrar) (Amendment) Regulations 2022 and the Business Registration (Amendment of Schedule) (No. 2) Regulations 2022 (collectively these will be referred to as the "Regulations") will be promulgated shortly.

 

The purpose of the Regulations will be for the ROC to waive the incorporation fees, registration by continuation and the business registration fees for both Private and Public Companies as per the table below:
