Celebrating 25 Years - Interview with Mrs Danaluchmee JUGMOHUN (Veena)

This saying is so much true and relevant  for Mrs. Danaluchmee JUGMOHUN (Veena) who has started her journey with MITCO in 2002 when she joined the Company as messenger/office attendant.  Veena, in her own words:

“I have since been serving the staff of MITCO and all the clients who visit MITCO with my special vanilla tea.

I have gathered about sixteen years of experience in MITCO, similarly, I have sixteen years of great memories with the Company.

One of the most memorable moments during my tenure at MITCO was the celebration of the Platinum anniversary of MITCO.  We had organized a role play on the history of the Company, how it evolved over the years, its cultural diversity amongst others.  The amount of time and hard work invested for same was rewarded with the applause of each and every one.

At MITCO, we have the culture of living like a family. I appreciate the respect I get from all levels. Discrimination is practically inexistent in this Company. I can proudly say that I am the first person that everyone looks for in the morning, I serve them tea "avec plaisir".

MITCO has contributed immensely in my life, be it personally or career-wise. A special thank you to Mr. K.C Li, Mrs. Elizabeth Li and Mr. Amal Autar who have always been very supportive throughout the years and also, thanking the MITCO family for its continuous support.

I am able to meet my daily challenges due to my amazing team members which comprise of Kevin, Viken, Joanne and Vierra.

My wish for the Company is that it keeps growing bigger and better as it has the potential.”
