A Farewell message for Mr Bishwarnath Bachun, our Executive Director

We are privileged to focus an article on Mr. Bachun (commonly known as ‘Bob’ to all clients, staff and friends) but equally saddened with his imminent departure. No doubt, Bob has been instrumental to the growth of MITCO and an exceptional mentor who has decided to pursue other objectives at a personal level. He was a pleasant person to work with the organisation and well liked by all staff and clients.

As a bit of background, Bob was the co-founder and Managing Director of Halifax in 2005. He became one of the Executive Directors of MITCO Group when Halifax and Mauritius International Trust Company Limited merged in 2011.

He spent the last 14 years of his career guiding, helping and inspiring everyone at MITCO. Bob has given us so many opportunities to be thankful for and words are not enough to express how much we are going to miss him.

We are all appreciative of the excellent work and dedication Bob has given to MITCO Group, to our clients but also to all the staff over the years. We have always been impressed by his depth of knowledge and understanding, his professionalism which have no equal.  He has been a role model during his journey as the Executive Director of MITCO Group.

We are proud to have worked under the leadership of Bob, who was not only an amazing boss but also a caring person who has put smiles on many faces.

On behalf of the MITCO family, we sincerely thank Bob for being so passionate about his job and we take this opportunity to wish Bob well deserved success in his new path.
