MCS is currently looking for a seasoned professional for the post of Team Leader.

 

Reporting to the Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible in managing the underlying portfolio of Domestic companies, Sociétés and High Net Worth individual clients.  

 

What you will be doing:

• Managing the day-to-day activities of the team;
• Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge and communication skills;
• Administer a select number of domestic companies, Sociétés and any other individual clients in a professional, proactive and positive manner whilst ensuring that the entities are in good legal standing;
• Assist the Manager in the review of documents (agreements, proposals, resolutions, etc) relating to the Relationship Officers’ portfolio of Clients;
• Act as an important link between the Manager and the staff under supervision; 
• Maintain and develop good relationship with the Clients and service providers such as Banks, auditors etc. and liaise with Government Bodies
• Organise, attend and take minutes of clients’ board meetings and shareholders’ meetings.

 

What are we looking for?

• Holder of a relevant degree (e.g. Management, Law, International Business, Finance)
• At least 5 years of working experience within the Finance Industry / the Global Business Sector; in addition, either ACIS qualified or party qualified or STEP member.
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
