Mauritius International Trust Company Limited ("MITCO" or the "Company"), which forms part of Fidence Group, is one of the oldest and well-established Management Companies in Mauritius and provides advisory, structuring, set-up, administering, company secretarial, compliance, professional outsourcing and back-office services to its clients.

MITCO is currently looking for a dynamic Executive - IT

​

Reporting to the Head of IT & Digital Transformation, the selected candidate will be responsible to ensure reliable operations of the workstations, server infrastructure and cyber security systems.

​

What you'll be doing:

​

• Monitor, maintain and optimize cloud-hosted systems and services (e.g. SaaS and IaaS platforms);

• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure system uptime, scalability and performance;

• Ensure systems and applications are available, patched, secure and operating optimally at all times;

• Maintain endpoint updates, monitor logs and take proactive measures to prevent issues;

• Oversee LAN operations, ensuring stable, secure and reliable connectivity;

• Manage VPN configurations and troubleshoot remote access issues for WFH and mobile users;

• Provide Level 2/3 support for hardware, software, systems and connectivity issues;

• Coordinate with service providers for the timely resolution of escalated issues;

• Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols across cloud, network and endpoint environments;

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, internal IT policies and security best practices;

• Stay abreast of evolving cybersecurity threats and emerging technologies;

• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, warranties, repairs, configurations and incident logs;

• Generate periodic reports on system performance, user activity and security events.

What we’re looking for:

​

• A diploma/degree in IT, Electronics or Telecommunication;

• Certification like MCSE, MCSA, CompTIA;

• A minimum of three years' work experience in Office 365 Administration & Azure;

• A working knowledge of LAN and understanding of the concepts of WAN and VPN;

• A sound exposure to the Microsoft Cloud Services, Sharepoint, Entra ID & Purview;

• Good communication skills, both spoken and written in English and French;

• Good documentation skills;

• Proactively identify potential systems / solutions or hardware.
