Kim brings the breadth of eighteen years at the heart of cross-border wealth structuring and governance, across jurisdictions, asset classes and mandates of rising complexity. Her background spans economics and finance before the trust industry and has since broadened to the full architecture of how multijurisdictional wealth and business interests are held, protected and organised over time.

She is Chief Operating Officer of CW Partners, part of the Fidence group, overseeing the delivery and governance of complex mandates. Kim began her career at Investec (Mauritius) before moving to Geneva in 2008, holding positions at Summit Trust International Group, Olexco SA and Interfinexa SA prior to joining CW Partners in 2021. She has managed sophisticated multinational structures holding assets as varied as art collections, yachts, residential real estate and private trust companies. Her distinctive strength lies where design meets governance - the point at which a structure’s conception is tested by how it actually functions - accompanying entrepreneurs, families and institutions at every stage.
