Mr. Bheenick has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of CIEL Finance Limited since March 2021 with a track record of 25 years in the banking sector.

He began his professional journey in March 1996 at a renowned banking institution, then transitioned to another financial organization in June 2006, serving as Head of Global Markets. In June 2010, he was promoted to Chief Executive while concurrently taking on the role of Head of Corporate and Investment Banking for another prestigious banking institution in Mauritius.
