Mrs. Nuckchadee joined MITCO in 2022 as a Consultant before being appointed Senior Manager – Operations & Quality Management. In her current role, she oversees operations, quality management, and process optimisation, with a strong focus on enhancing efficiency, compliance, and client service delivery. She also leads the onboarding and data management functions, ensuring robust internal controls and high operational standards.

Prior to joining MITCO, she gained extensive experience within leading management companies, including Ocorian Corporate Services (Mauritius) Limited, where she led a team of fund administrators, oversaw complex fund structures, served as director on boards, and delivered key projects such as FATCA/CRS reporting and audit coordination. Earlier in her career at Estera Management (Mauritius) Limited and Abax Corporate Services Ltd, she managed high-value client portfolios comprising funds and global business entities, while developing strong expertise in company secretarial, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance, alongside mentoring junior team members. 

She also brings experience in compliance advisory, having conducted AML/CFT audits and delivered training sessions, further strengthening her understanding of regulatory frameworks. With over 12 years of experience across operations, governance, and compliance, Mrs. Nuckchadee offers a well-rounded and strategic perspective that continues to add significant value to the organisation.
