Ariel Volcy is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) with over twenty years of experience in the financial services industry. Throughout his career, he has developed extensive expertise in financial reporting, corporate accounting, taxation and fiduciary services, working with international corporate groups, investment holding structures, private clients and entrepreneurs. Prior to joining MITCO in 2021, Ariel spent more than fourteen years with ABAX Corporate Services, subsequently Ocorian, where he progressed from Corporate Administrator to Manager, Financial Analysis and Reporting.

As Senior Manager, Financial Reporting at MITCO, Ariel plays a key leadership role in supporting the Financial Reporting function. Working closely with the Head of Financial Reporting, he contributes to the implementation of strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing service excellence, operational efficiency and sustainable growth. He provides operational leadership to multiple Financial Reporting teams through the support of Financial Reporting Managers, ensuring quality, consistency and alignment with departmental objectives. Over the years, he has advised on complex accounting matters across a diverse portfolio of international structures and developed a sound understanding of cross-border business operations and related international tax considerations.

Beyond his technical expertise, Ariel plays an active role in corporate governance and fiduciary oversight. He serves as Resident Director for numerous client entities, contributing to sound governance practices and supporting boards in fulfilling their stewardship responsibilities.
