Administration Services

  • Filing of statutory returns and renewal of permits and licences
  • Receiving and dealing with applications, notices and correspondence on behalf of entity
  • Organising the launch of the Fund
  • Convening, attending and taking of minutes at board and shareholders meetings
  • Guiding the board as to its duties, responsibilities and powers as well as update the board of changes and requirements
  • Preparation of annual reports, statutory documents and advice for the day to day administration of the entity as well as statutory changes such as increase in capital, transfer of shares, investment in new entity, pledge of shares, change in shareholders, appointment and/or resignation of directors, distribution of dividends amongst others
  • Liaising with the banks for the day to day affairs of the entity as well as for special projects such as financing, overdraft, trade facilities amongst others
  • Liaising with authorities and any professional partners including banks, law firms, audit firms
  • Filing of audited financial statements and/or quarterly statements with the Financial Services Commission
  • Ensuring compliance with the Code of Corporate Governance
  • Attending to any other queries that may arise in the day to day administration of the Fund
