MITCO is currently looking for dynamic fresh graduates for the post of Assistant Client Relationship Officer, under the YEP program.
Assistant Relationship Officer
- Reporting to the Relationship Manager and Team Leader, the selected candidates will administer a portfolio of companies and trusts allocated to him/her and ensure delivery of consistently high standard of service, under the guidance of a Relationship Officer or senior member of the team.
What you will be doing:
- Ensuring that statutory registers are properly maintained;
- Keeping statutory books and maintaining records;
- Filings with the relevant authorities;
- Convening and attending directors and shareholder meetings;
- Prompt preparation and circularisation of minutes after each meeting;
- Processing wire transfers and maintaining bank analysis;
- Preparing and submitting tax returns to the Mauritius Revenue Authority;
- Drafting/reviewing of standard agreements such as consultancy/loan/agency agreements etc.;
What are we looking for?
- Graduate in Management/ Law/Economics coupled with 1 year relevant experience
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Computer literate with Microsoft Office products
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Be a team player
