Josian is a finance professional with over 15 years of experience in financial accounting, financial management, auditing, and the global business sector.

He joined MITCO in November 2010 as an Accounts Officer and has progressed through the ranks over the years, advancing to Accounts Supervisor and subsequently to his current role as Financial Controller / Senior Finance Manager. Today, he acts as a trusted business partner, working closely with teams across the business to turn financial insights into action, support strategic decision-making, and help drive sustainable growth.

Prior to joining the Company, Josian started his career at one of Mauritius’ leading management companies, where he developed experience in accounts preparation, client administration, and fund accounting. He subsequently worked as an Auditor, gaining exposure to statutory audits across various industries, before moving to MITCO in November 2010.

• Member of the Mauritius Institute of Professional Accountants (MIPA)
