THE 2025/26 REVIEW

Every financial year tells a story. For MITCO, 2025/26 has been a story of progress, resilience and transformation — one that has challenged us to build on more than three decades of experience while preparing our organisation for the opportunities of tomorrow.

When I assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer on 1 May 2026, I did so with a clear appreciation of the foundations upon which MITCO has been built: strong client relationships, sound governance, technical expertise and, most importantly, our people. Those foundations matter even more today.

The financial-services industry is evolving rapidly. Regulatory expectations continue to increase. Technology is transforming how financial services are delivered. Clients are becoming more international and their structures more sophisticated. Capital is moving through new corridors, while jurisdictions are competing not only on tax efficiency but increasingly on substance, regulatory credibility, talent, connectivity and execution.

Against this backdrop, MITCO must continue to evolve. Our joining Fidence Group represents an important milestone in that evolution. Becoming part of a broader international corporate and fiduciary services platform provides us with an opportunity to extend our reach, deepen our capabilities and support increasingly complex cross-border requirements.

Yet growth is not simply about becoming bigger. It is about becoming better: better at anticipating what our clients need; navigating complexity; using technology and data; developing our people; and bringing together expertise across functions to deliver a seamless client experience.

As we look back at 2025/26, we should recognise not only the major corporate milestones, but also the many achievements that happen every day across Client Services, Financial Reporting, Compliance, Onboarding, Finance, Business Development, IT, Data Management, HR and our wider support functions.

Our Hall of Excellence on 26 August was a powerful reminder of this. For one evening, the spotlight was where it belonged: on our people. It was an opportunity to recognise individuals and teams whose commitment, discipline, creativity and professionalism contribute to MITCO's success.

As we begin this new chapter, we do so with confidence but also with a strong sense of responsibility. Our environment will continue to change. New markets will emerge. Regulations will evolve. Technology will accelerate. Client expectations will rise.

Our response must be to remain curious, agile and ambitious while staying true to the principles that have shaped MITCO: Partnership. Professionalism. Passion. These are not simply values displayed on a wall. They define how we work with our clients, how we collaborate with one another and how we intend to build the next chapter of MITCO.

To our clients and partners, thank you for your continued confidence. To our people, thank you for your commitment and for the role each of you plays in moving MITCO forward. There is much ahead of us, and I believe we are entering it from a position of strength.
